Refund & Return Policy

Because we sell perishable, hand-crafted desserts, our refund and return policy is specific. Please read it carefully.

1. Perishable Goods

Our desserts and sweets are perishable food items, freshly prepared to order. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After verification, we will, at our discretion, either:

  • Replace the item free of cost, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they enter production. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible or may attract a cancellation charge to cover ingredient and labour costs. For bulk and event orders, please refer to the specific terms shared at the time of booking.

4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be initiated within 3 business days and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customised or personalised orders (unless damaged or defective).
  • Items reported beyond the 24-hour window after delivery.
  • Items where damage is caused by mishandling after delivery.
