Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery area

We currently deliver within serviceable areas of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Serviceability is confirmed by pin code at checkout. We do not ship outside Bengaluru or internationally.

2. Delivery charges

Any applicable delivery charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Charges may vary by distance and order value.

3. Delivery timelines

Orders are prepared fresh and are usually delivered on the same day or the next day, depending on the time the order is placed and product availability. The expected delivery time is communicated at checkout or on order confirmation. Bulk and event orders are delivered on the date agreed in your confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, traffic, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control. We will keep you informed of any delay.

4. Packaging and storage

Frozen products are packed to maintain temperature during transit. Please move kulfis and frozen desserts to a freezer immediately on delivery and follow the storage instructions on the pack.

5. Receiving your order

Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number, and ensure someone is available to receive the order. See our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if a delivery cannot be completed.

6. Store pickup

Where offered, you may collect your order from an Amara store. Please bring your order confirmation.
